    Good

    The price was good.

The hotel previously was named the Shalom. All signs on the road say the Shalom Hotel. Nothing on the confirmation we received told us that was the former name of the hotel. The staff was not helpful when we called and it took us a long time to locate the hotel. The hotel information that we received said it was recently remodeled. It hasn't been remodeled in a long, long time. Hallways and rooms were shabby. Public areas looked better.

    Good

reason for booking this hotel, was that they had a swimming pool when i got there i found it was closed very dissapointed and i found the breakfasts very repetative, stayed in other hotels and there was always variety.

    Superb

We enjoyed the mountain view and locartion of the hotel which overlooked the city of Jerusalem. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a large variety of choice. The meeting rooms on the 2nd floor gave our group good options of space for our evening fellowship meetings. And the bar in the reception is pleasant.

Some of the rooms have some damp on the walls. The carpet in the rooms are a little worn, obviously to do with the age of the hotel. It would have been nice to have drinks, even just juices, included in the price of the evening meals instead of having to purchase them separately from the trolley.

    Exceptional

Computer in the lobby needs a printer capability. Staff very warm and welcoming, Pool excellent.

More inclusive and bigger gift shop.

The only good thing in this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are big.

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel by European standards. Service is just poor. Room service don't answer the calls for half an hour. They charge $10 an hour for wi-fi. The hotel is only suitable for big groups and is visibly not interested in individual tourists.

    Fabulous

The location of Rimonim is an excellent mountain top location with excellent views of much of the city. It is terribly easy to find both with the old 'Shalom' sign at the top, and the brown city tourist board 'Rimonim' signs on the main road. The reception and meeting rooms are adequate and spacious. Of course, the buffet breakfast and dinner is most excellent with a wide variety of choice.

The rooms are good, but could do with a little updating. Most useful especially for the English would be to have tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms. The lack of this made a few in our group extremely dissatisfied.

    Good

the size of the room and the viewfrom the room overlooking Jerusalem

the room was remodelled but not really ready fro occupancy. the tel was not connected, coffee kettle in room not available as advertized. Twice we had a flood in the bathroom all was fixed. The breakfast was below avarage. The hotel chrged more than the quoted price.

    Fabulous

    Location and views

Breakfast choice was limited and average quality. For this reason and also the whole Shabbat special lift and bedside console, I would look for a non Kosher hotel in the future

    Very good

It was clean, simple, inexpensive, nice staff.

I think it would be good to offer free wireless internet access.

    Good

good price for jerusalem standards. nice to be on 16th floor - good view. free parking was good.

had a bad recommnendation for a restaurant from hotel staff. Fan in hotel bathroom couldn't be turned off which was very loud and annoying. breakfast was not very good - boiled eggs were blue, chocolate paste was horrid.

    Superb

    simply superb

the room cleaners should sit up or you fire them. they are lazy

    Superb

the luxury of the room and the view

    Fabulous

Their staff, they are cortious, friendly and very professional. They made an effort to assist me with my needs and I do appreciate it

They don't have free internet service and the stuff that they have is very expensive (80 shekels a day, more than $20 US) are you out of your mind? I have been in hotels in Mexico with less than 80 rooms that offer free internet access for hotel guests. Also the service SmartNet is slow and link breaks constantly and in the two times that I used paying 10 shakels per hour ($ 3US) I didn't get the full hour of service at best 40 minutes so that is a reap off.

Well if I take in Consediration that Isreal is not one off the cleanest countries when it comes to accommodation this hotel was really value for money. The staff was very friendly and helped with every thing ( off coarse at a Price ) . I will defiantly recommend this Hotel to any body that come to Isreal at Isreals standards .
