Cutting through the noise
We arrived eager for a great experience but faced a few challenges. The pool wasn't operational during our winter visit, which was a letdown. Fortunately, staff members like Carlos, Nizar, and Dandis turned our mood around. Rooms felt dated, and the carpets need attention. Breakfast was decent but could be improved.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local markets and visiting the Western Wall. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, with lots of choices. The spacious pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The elevator was painfully slow, especially during busy hours, which really tested our patience during our stay.

Staying for six nights, the hospitality from staff like Carlos, Nizar, and Dandis truly stood out, making our experience enjoyable. On the downside, the swimming pool was closed for the winter despite our expectations, and the carpets in the room desperately need replacement. Additionally, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with some areas appearing neglected.
